Halloween Ride was a success!
Last
year Marguerite Girouard (pictured below) suggested
the proceeds from the NDVATV Halloween Ride be donated
to Childhood Cancer Lifeline of New Hampshire and
the club was honored. Marguerite was a passionate
advocate for this strictly volunteer, non-profit organization
that provides support and care for children and families
facing cancer.
In
2007, $1,840 was raised by the ATV group and Marguerite
was proud to present the check along with Jack Wheeler
to the CCL fund on behalf of her ATV club.
Sadly,
Marguerite lost her personal battle with cancer on
March 16, 2008. Marguerite was a long time member
of New Durham Valley ATV club and an ATV enthusiast.
Margeurite's vibrant, caring and giving spirit will
be missed.
The presentation of the check for
$1,840 raised
by the New Durham Valley ATV Club fundraiser.
