Each
year, on the first Sunday in June, at celebrations across
the country, families gather to celebrate National Cancer
Survivors Day. It is an opportunity to create an awareness
of the multitude of lives touched by cancer, and to
celebrate life....whether one is newly diagnosed or
years post treatment.
The
Childhood Cancer Lifeline of NH elects to hold our celebration
one week later, so that our families don't have to choose
between attending festivities at their child's treatment
center and our celebration. Our tradition of having
survivors handprint our banner each year has been a
highlight of our special day.

Childhood Cancer Lifeline of NH Survivors Day Celebration!
